Shipping
Currently only shipping to the continental US.
Your purchase will be sent to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure that this address is up to date and correct before submitting your order.
Chalkboards are delivered via USPS Priority, USPS ground shipping or UPS.
Small goods are delivered via USPS Priority, USPS ground shipping or First-Class Mail depending on the quantity ordered.
Shipping times vary, but are approximately 3-4 days for USPS Priority Mail. First Class Mail shipping times can be up to 2 weeks.
I will use Reusing boxes for some shipping.
Set Design Orders
Processing time 1-3 weeks (depending on design, size and the number of orders I am currently working on).
There are no refunds or returns for set design orders.
Custom Orders
Processing time 1-4 weeks (depending on design, size and the number of orders I am currently working on). I can give you an approximate time of completion before you order.
There are no refunds or returns for custom orders.
I do not work onsite at businesses or in homes. In addition, I do not create murals or install chalkboards.
I currently don’t offer portraits.
Goods
There are no refunds or returns for goods.
Digital Downloads
There are no refunds or returns for digital downloads.
Damaged Items
I will replace or refund items if they arrive defective or damaged. Please submit a claim within 48 hours of receiving your order by email with a photo of the package and the defective or damaged item(s).

The way colors appear may vary from monitor to monitor.
Board sizes are subject to +/-0.188" cut tolerance.
My chalkboard art is smudge-free.
My chalkboards do not include frames.
